My Own Journey to Co-Intelligence
Even with my deep grounding in ethical AI strategy and systems thinking, I’ve still felt the weight of navigating this fast-moving terrain. I’ve wrestled with imposter syndrome, and with deeper questions about what human agency really means in an AI-powered world. Lately, one question keeps surfacing (okay, multiple questions keep surfacing) :
If AI is helping me clarify my thoughts, does the vision still belong to me?
And if a legacy manifests from that vision, is it still mine?
It’s a tension I continue to wrestle with. Not out of fear, but out of reverence for what it means to build something enduring and deeply human in a co-intelligent age. It’s a personal and evolving journey to, as I often say, “use tech without losing yourself.”
But through this journey, I’ve come to see AI not as a threat to our intelligence, but as a powerful thought partner. A mirror for reflection, scaffolding, and ethical collaboration.
